No Shame Atlanta

NoShame is a weekly variety show in Atlanta produced by those who show up. You never know what you're gonna see, and that's the point.

This is your stage to do whatever you want, as long as it follows three rules: 1) it has to be original, 2) it has to be under 5 minutes, and 3) you can't break anything. Beyond that — funnies and hahas, music with singing, instrumentals, outstrumentals, serious writing, unserious writing, dance, physical theatre, spoken word, mumbled word, magic (real and fake), audience challenges, live advice columns, rants… like anything. Entertain us.

We know you've got some weird stuff lurking in your notes app. We wanna see.

Anything can happen here. There is NO SHAME here. You are safe here.

Fridays @ 10PM at the Teller Productions Workshop in Grant Park. $5 at the door. 15 slots up for grabs starting at 9:30PM. 18+ only. @NoShameAtlanta

Shrink: Standup, Improv, Therap

✨Mental health matters. Host Erica Acebo.

Shrink is part comedy show, part group therapy. Each show brings together a stand-up comic, a cast of improvisers, and a licensed mental health clinician for a funny, honest, and completely unscripted exploration of mental health, therapy, art, and the wonderfully messy experience of being human. Together, we’ll tackle life’s biggest questions—like, “What made you this way?”; through conversation, improv, and laughter. Whether you’re in therapy, avoiding therapy, or accidentally becoming someone else’s therapist, Shrink is a show that reminds us we’re all just out here trying our best.

Elevator Pitch

...Going up?

From Earl Nimprov, the creators of "Who Counsels the Counselors?", Gutter BallZ, Hard Ticket to Carnival, and MANY other timeless, singularly-performed classics, ELEVATOR PITCH returns!!

In Elevator Pitch, the audience comes together to create the show pitch for our improvisors, which is then turned into a full length play on the spot!

Ever wished you could walk into a theatre and just tell the actors exactly what show you want to see? Elevator Pitch is for you!

For better AND worse, you'll have no one to blame but yourselves!

House Opens: 7:30pm, Show: 8pm

This performance is Pay-What-You-Can.

Golden Egg Scramble

From Earl Nimprov:

🗣️ IT'S A GOLDEN EGG SCRAMBLE‼️

We all already know that the Golden Egg Incubator is THE show for seeing all all-new shows. But planning a show and format with people you know and performing it is easy. What if we got in there and messed with it a bit? Why, you'd get a 2-course GOLDEN EGG SCRAMBLE!

In Golden Egg Scramble, 4 of Atlanta's most exciting improv teams perform together, doing their shows that we all know and love in a wonderful, multi-team showcase at 8pm. Afterwards, the players from all 4 teams are randomly scrambled into 4 NEW teams, and have to build a new format on the spot!

The Golden Egg Scramble at Teller Productions is a showcase for never-before-seen improv shows & teams! Each of the four acts performing is either performing an all-new format, or performing together at all for the very first time!

Come see what the BEST of Atlanta's home-grown comedy scene has been flirting with on Saturday, June 13th at 8 AND 10pm @ Teller Productions!

These performances are Pay-What-You-Can.

Every little bit helps in making shows like this accessible and sustainable; thanks for your contribution and helping to bolster our improv community!

Pay once; see either the 8pm show, 10pm show, OR BOTH!

Big Dog Improv

Join Big Dog’s first show of the spring on Thursday, April 16th at 8 PM! Each Big Dog show features Austin Combs, Mitch Mack, and a rotating cast of Atlanta's finest improvisers, who work to build a live "TV show" through a mix of short and long-form improv games. Shows are also guided and facilitated by a new director each time, with this one being directed by our old friend Davey Pierce. New friends for this show include Austin X, Mads Nau, and Maria Mainelli.

This show is located in the Teller Production Workshop at 486 Park Ave SE (Park Avenue Baptist Church). Enter the door on Sydney St closest to the Sydney St-Park Ave intersection. From there, head down the hallway to the first double-doors on your right. Free street parking can be found along Sydney St and Park Ave.
